Day-by-day itinerary

• Day 1 : Meet at Casablanca airport and fly to Hanoi with a stopover in Doha.
• Day 2 : Arrival in Hanoi, welcome, dinner and hotel check-in.
• Day 3 : Hanoi: the Women's Museum, the Temple of Literature (the country's first university), the oldest pagoda, the train street through the old quarter, the old quarter by electric cart, Hoan Kiem Lake and a water puppet show. Breakfast, lunch and dinner included.
• Day 4 : Hoa Lu, the former capital, with the temples of two kings, then lunch and a countryside experience: feeding and riding buffaloes, traditional fishing, rice planting, swimming near a waterfall, a cave visit, a cooking class and tasting. Bring a change of clothes, swimwear, socks and sunscreen. Breakfast, lunch and dinner included.
• Day 5 : Hoa Lu, a rowing-boat ride through the Tam Coc caves, the Hang Mua viewpoint (about 500 steps) and Bich Dong Pagoda. Breakfast, lunch and dinner included.
• Day 6 : Drive to Ha Long Bay, junk cruise among karst formations, caves and beaches, seafood meal on board and a night in a private cabin. Breakfast, lunch and dinner included.
• Day 7 : Morning activities on board, brunch, return to Hanoi then a flight to Hue and dinner. Breakfast, brunch on board and dinner included.
• Day 8 : Hue: the Imperial City, a boat ride on the Perfume River, Thien Mu Pagoda, Thuy Bieu village by bicycle (old house of worship, incense making, vegetable plantation), a cooking class followed by the lunch you prepared, a foot massage, Tu Hieu Pagoda, then an imperial banquet-style dinner. Breakfast, lunch and dinner included.
• Day 9 : Khai Dinh Mausoleum, Hai Van Pass (Clouds Pass), the Son Tra peninsula and its pagoda with a large statue, the Da Nang coast and beaches, a stop by the river, then arrival in Hoi An. Breakfast, lunch and dinner included.
• Day 10 : Cam Thanh village by basket boat among the water coconut palms, then the old town of Hoi An: the Japanese covered bridge, the old merchant's house, the market and the old harbor (lantern evenings on the 1st and 15th of the lunar month). Breakfast, lunch and dinner included.
• Day 11 : Free morning, flight to Saigon, hotel check-in and free time. Breakfast and dinner included.
• Day 12 : Day in the Mekong Delta, in Ben Tre: mangroves by boat, craft workshops (bricks, coconut), a coconut candy workshop with tasting, tuk-tuk through the coconut groves, lunch, a rowing-boat ride on a shaded canal, then return to Saigon. Breakfast, lunch and dinner included.
• Day 13 : Saigon: the Cholon district, Binh Tay Market, Thien Hau Temple, Giac Lam Pagoda (1744), the traditional medicine museum, the Reunification Palace and the Central Post Office. Breakfast, lunch and dinner included.
• Day 14 : Free morning, lunch, transfer to the airport and flight to Casablanca with a stopover in Doha. Breakfast and lunch included.
